Project Management Pack

The Project Management option extends the functions of pmScrum to offer advanced features to fit into an organization's project management processes and reporting.

Time Sheets

Time can be logged on specific work items like tasks, bugs, meetings and impediments while the items are being handled.

The application consolidates each person's time entries on his/her time sheet.

• Log time on any item from within the detailed pages
• Create weekly time sheets and submit for approval
• Consolidate and report time spent per person, per item and per project

Resource Module

The pmScrum product can visualize expected resource load on a calendar view. In future versions, more detailed planning can be done based on skills and skills/resource.

Application Integration

pmScrum can be integrated using the documented pmScrum API.

• Enter calculation rules for field validation and calculation
• Integrate 3rd party tools through API
